Weekly maintenance, answered
How often will you come?
Weekly is standard and what most pools in our climate need. Bi-weekly is available for lighter-use pools — we'll tell you honestly what yours needs.
Do I need to be home?
No. We only need access to the pool and equipment. We photograph the closed gate before we leave so you know it was secured.
What if something on my equipment breaks?
We inspect your equipment every visit and let you know right away if something needs attention. We repair all major residential equipment ourselves — see repairs & equipment.
What chemicals do you use?
We keep it simple: chlorine tabs to hold a steady level, plus liquid chlorine to boost or shock as needed — and we add PoolRx every spring to help keep algae in check through the hot months. Prefer salt? We can convert your pool to a salt system, and chemical automation is available too. One thing worth knowing: your monthly service rate is a flat rate for the visit and labor; chemicals are billed separately, based on what your pool actually uses.
