Questions about service levels
Can I switch levels later?
Absolutely. Start where it makes sense and move up or down anytime — just let us know and we'll adjust your next visit. There's no long-term contract holding you in place.
Why don't you list prices?
Because an honest number depends on your pool. Square footage, the equipment you run, whether it's salt or chlorine, and how much debris your yard drops all change the work involved. We'd rather look at your pool and give you an accurate, itemized quote than post a number that turns out to be wrong. Your monthly rate is a flat rate for the service; chemicals are billed separately, based on what your pool actually uses.
What if I only need a one-time cleanup?
That's our Green-to-Clean service — a one-time restoration for a neglected or green pool. Once it's swim-ready, most owners move onto a weekly level to keep it that way.
Do you service salt and heated pools?
Yes — through our Repairs & Equipment service rather than your weekly maintenance visit. Salt systems and heaters aren't serviced on a regular maintenance stop, but we work with Pentair across pumps, filters, heaters, salt cells, and automation and can repair or upgrade any of them. Just let us know and we'll take a look.
